SHANA (Tehran) – The project manager for the development of the Aban and Paydar Gharb oilfields has announced the implementation of advanced drilling technologies, including multilateral drilling, in the project’s oil wells. 

Over 180 bcm of gas transferred from Region 10 in nine months 

SHANA (Tehran) – More than 180 billion cubic meters (bcm) of gas were transferred from Region 10 of Gas Transmission Operations Zones through the national pipeline network in the first nine months of the current Iranian year (March 20-December 20, 2024). 

IOTC announces simultaneous overhaul of six Iranian oil terminal vessels

SHANA (Tehran) – For the first time, the Iranian Oil Terminals Company (IOTC) is conducting the simultaneous overhaul of six vessels at the Sadra Yard in Bushehr, with the project set to be completed within 45 days. 

NIOC announces Iranian crude oil OSP for February

SHANA (Tehran) – The National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) has set the official selling prices (OSP) for Iranian crude oil in February. According to the company, Iran’s light crude oil will be priced approximately $2 above the benchmark price (Oman/Dubai crude) for Asian customers, reflecting a nearly 1% increase compared to the previous month.

Over 870 mcm of natural gas delivered to national grid

SHANA (Tehran) – The spokesperson for the National Iranian Gas Company (NIOC) announced that 872 million cubic meters (mcm) of natural gas were delivered to the national grid on Tuesday, January 28. Of this amount, 72% was allocated to the residential, commercial, and small-scale industrial sectors.

NIDC conducts over 18 km of horizontal directional drilling in 10 months

SHANA (Tehran) – The head of the Special Operations Department of the National Iranian Drilling Company (NIDC) announced the completion of 18,483 meters of horizontal directional drilling (HDD) in both onshore and offshore areas of the country over the past 10 months (March 20, 2024-January 19, 2025).

More than 11,500 equipment items indigenized for South Pars refineries

SHANA (Tehran) – The commercial manager of the South Pars Gas Complex announced that, in collaboration with 120 domestic and new technology-based firms (NTBFs), over 11,500 essential equipment items and goods have been localized for the South Pars refineries.

Free dual-fuel conversion for public vehicles starts in Sistan and Baluchestan
