Mohammadreza Julaei noted that NIGC employees work continuously, with many stationed at remote sites and unable to take leave even on holidays. Some workers, he said, go weeks without seeing their families.  

He highlighted the achievements of Iran’s 14th administration in gas supply projects, stating that after management changes under the new government, NIGC successfully restructured contracts at the South Pars gas field.  

Julaei said the company is finalizing its 1404 maintenance plan and emphasized efforts to upgrade housing and operational camps for employees, pledging continued improvements to their welfare.
