Jafar Salari-Nassab told SHANA a crisis committee was formed immediately after the malfunction occurred and the problem was fixed manually at the first stage by Monday night.
As the second step, more than 800 teams were dispatched to four corners of the country to reconnect the filling stations to the smart fuel system, explained the official, adding almost 90 percent of the stations were reconnected by Tuesday night and now over 96 percent of them are supplying fuel with smart cards at subsidized prices.
