Owji visits Tehran gas stations following software problem, says services will be back to normal within hours

SHANA (Tehran) – Iran’s Oil Minister Javad Owji visited some gas stations in Tehran after a software problem disrupted services on Monday.

The minister said 1,625 gas stations have been fixed manually and are supplying fuel offline after the disruption and the rest's services will resume within hours.

“The oil industry experienced a similar disruption to the country’s fuel system caused by enemies in 2021,” recalled Owji.
