Mohammadreza Joulaei, speaking Wednesday during a production meeting at the South Pars Gas Complex, emphasized that precise, organized, and strategic operations among the refineries, along with maintaining optimal production conditions, ensured a smooth passage through the cold week.
He noted that an average of 670 to 680 million cubic meters of natural gas were delivered daily to the national grid last week, meeting demand from households, commercial sectors, and small industries. This achievement, he said, reflects the dedication and hard work of the staff and experts at the country's gas refineries.
Joulaei also addressed the upcoming major maintenance operations at the 13 South Pars refineries, stressing the need for a thorough review of the maintenance process. He called for collective collaboration and wisdom to ensure effective implementation during this year's maintenance phase.
According to Joulaei, detailed planning must begin now for all technical aspects of the South Pars maintenance operations to ensure clear and well-organized conditions in the coming years (2025-26).
He added that identifying and evaluating challenges in critical areas of the gas complex is essential, along with defining practical solutions through proper strategic planning.
