According to the National Iranian Oil Company, Ebrahim Piramoun, CEO of the National Iranian South Oilfields Company, praised the efforts of the company's staff during a five-year forecast meeting for Agajari oil well production. He emphasized the need for a reassessment of oil reserves and adjustments to production plans, noting that achieving maximum production at Agajari is a significant accomplishment.
He also highlighted the launch of turbo compressors at the gas and liquefied gas facilities as a key step in reducing the flaring of 20 million cubic feet of gas.
AOGPC’s full oil production plan realized
Mohsen Dehbanpour, CEO of AOGPC, stated that from the beginning of this year until the end of September, technical and operational efforts—particularly the use of the Mobile Oil Processing Unit (MOS)—enabled the company to exceed its oil production target by reaching 100.8% of its planned production.
He added that over 58 specialized operations on wells had led to an increase in daily oil production by 31,000 barrels.
Dehbanpour emphasized that for the first time in the South Oilfields, more than 3.6 million barrels of oil were produced and processed using both owned and leased mobile processing units and nitrogen injection packages.
He also mentioned the implementation of safety measures, gas leak repairs without the use of drilling rigs, the launch of new well rings with advanced repairs, and the modification of flow lines.
At the meeting's conclusion, Ibrahim Sohaili, head of the security department at Agajari, was honored for his heroic efforts during the 12-day war and his technological achievements in electronic and physical security.
The AOGPC security department has significantly reduced crime rates by more than 70% in the area through the installation of surveillance cameras at company facilities and urban regions. Additionally, a project is underway to build 90 security posts to improve operational and living conditions for security personnel.
