Energy imbalance requires comprehensive cooperation, lawmaker says

SHANA (Tehran) – A member of Iran’s Parliament Energy Committee emphasized that addressing the country’s energy imbalance requires broad cooperation, stating that the National Iranian Gas Company’s efforts in gas distribution during the past winter should serve as a model for other organizations.

Ahmad Moradi made the remarks on Saturday during the opening ceremony of the first technical and specialized event for gas refining companies, hosted by the Sarkhoon and Qeshm Gas Refining Companies. He stressed the need for comprehensive collaboration to resolve energy imbalance issues, saying, “Solving these problems requires collective effort and greater coordination.”

Praising the National Iranian Gas Company’s performance in delivering gas to remote areas last winter, Moradi added, “This kind of cooperation and management can serve as a model for other executive sectors and help reduce public challenges.”
