The events aimed to introduce and enhance the quality of artificial intelligence applications in the industry.

The first National Digital Oil Refinery Conference and the second National Idea Show took place on February 17 and 18 at Abadan Petroleum University. More than 13 companies shared their experiences in utilizing artificial intelligence in the country's refining industry.

The second day of the conference was dedicated to the National Idea Show, where 10 selected ideas out of 51 submissions were presented and judged. Top ideas were recognized and honored.

During the event, tripartite cooperation agreements were signed between the Petroleum University of Technology, Abadan Oil Refining Company, and seven other companies, demonstrating a serious commitment to further collaboration in developing advanced technologies for the oil refining industry. Additionally, the winners of the Idea Show competition were announced at the closing ceremony.
