He emphasized the importance of renewing the commitment to the ideals of Imam Khomeini and the Leader.

In his message, Hamid Bovard stated:

"We thank Almighty God that, through the blessings of these days and the sacrifices of the noble martyrs, the essence of history was etched onto the crimson page of Bahman, and the words of jihad and martyrdom flowed from the heights of thought to the depths of the heart. Today, as the sapling of the 1979 Revolution has grown into a proud and robust 46-year-old tree, it is a precious opportunity to once again renew our pledge on the path to achieving the ideals of the great architect of the revolution, Imam Khomeini. By reflecting on the significant achievements born from the historical experiences of these years, we can learn from these events and, with unity and solidarity, take steps toward the progress and elevation of our beloved homeland.

I take pride in the fact that the employees and experts of the NIOC have always been on the frontlines of production, effectively serving our Islamic Republic of Iran. They have dedicated their efforts to the development and advancement of the country, taking strides in this direction.

I believe that through self-reliance and harnessing domestic capabilities and talents, Iran's name will resonate loudly in scientific and industrial fields. As a result, the country's oil industry will also undergo significant transformations.

Now, on the eve of the anniversary of the Islamic Revolution of Iran and in light of the Leader's directives in the Second Step of the Revolution statement, which emphasizes efforts to boost production and address economic challenges, we hope that through the determination and hard work of all oil industry workers, and by leveraging the potential and capabilities of faithful and revolutionary youth, the implementation of dozens of plans and projects across various sectors will leave behind brilliant achievements, as in the past, in the history of this land.

Once again, I honor the memory of the revolution's martyrs and the Imam of Martyrs, and I congratulate the brave and wise people of the Islamic Republic of Iran on the arrival of the 22nd of Bahman, the anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution. I pray to the Almighty for the happiness, increasing success of all, and the continued strength of our beloved Iran in all domestic and international arenas."
