Gholamreza Jokar said his company had enjoyed cooperation of domestic manufacturers and was deeply indebted to them for its sustainable operation and productivity, reported the National Petrochemical Company (NPC) website.
He said the company had materialized 96 percent of its production plan despite the sanctions and the ensuing restrictions, adding that thanks to the cooperation of domestic companies, Morvarid Petrochemical Plant was at a favorable production state.
Last year, the plant set a new record for production of petrochemicals and has planned to reach full productivity this year, he said.
Joker further expressed optimism that the new ethylene unit of the company become operational by the end of the current Iranian calendar year to March 20.
