According to the company, the well has been revived and brought back into production by IOOC experts.

IOOC operates Iran’s offshore oil fields in the Persian Gulf.  

The Well Target-2 rig of the company began drilling operation for the well back in November 2018. A 4,588-meter well was spudded for the purposes of the project.

Now that the drilling operation has completed, the well has started production of crude oil.
