Mohsen Paknejad said Monday (April 20) that despite hostile actions and pressure from the US-Zionist adversary during the conflict, operational staff at the NITC, alongside other operational and administrative personnel across the four main oil companies, ensured that crude oil exports continued without disruption.
He highlighted the bravery of tanker company personnel during the war, adding that their continuous work — along with other sectors involved in oil transport and loading, including the National Iranian Oil Co.’s international affairs division, oil trading companies, oil terminals and other key entities — helped sustain uninterrupted exports despite complex and challenging conditions.
Paknejad emphasized that NITC staff, both operational and administrative, have remained committed over the years despite sanctions targeting the country’s economic sectors, particularly oil sales and transportation. He said they have continued working under harsh maritime conditions and long separations from their families, preventing adversaries from achieving their goals and giving the country confidence in a brighter future.
Masoud Bazouei, CEO of the NITC, also thanked the company’s operational staff for their dedicated efforts and expressed appreciation for the Oil Ministry’s strong support. He said the minister’s consistent follow-up and commitment during this period boosted morale and strengthened employees’ determination.
