First Administrative Health Conference in oil sector to be held

SHANA (Tehran) – The first Administrative Health Conference in Iran’s oil industry will be held Monday at the Oil Ministry’s central headquarters, with senior ministry officials in attendance.

According to the secretariat of the Oil Industry Task Force for Promoting Administrative Health and Combating Economic Corruption, the conference will mark the closing ceremony of “Administrative Health Week in the Oil Industry.” The event will take place in the Shahid Beheshti Hall at the ministry’s headquarters, where top-performing task forces and committees will be honored for their work in promoting administrative health.

Administrative Health Week in the oil industry began Tuesday, Azar 18, and featured a series of practical programs aimed at strengthening a culture of integrity and preventing corruption. Activities focused on seven main areas, including corruption prevention, transparency and accountability, protection of citizens’ rights, mental health and workplace well-being, conflict of interest, strengthening digital oversight, and promoting organizational culture and professional ethics.

Masoud Rahimi, director general of inspection, performance monitoring and complaints handling at the Oil Ministry, said the coordinated implementation of Administrative Health Week programs is a significant step toward preventing economic corruption, improving organizational productivity and aligning with the government’s broader policies.
