Tehran governor general appreciates Oil Ministry for fuel supply

SHANA (Tehran) – Tehran Governor General Mohammad-Sadeq Motamedian said Tuesday that despite multiple attacks on fuel storage facilities by enemy forces, fuel delivery continued uninterrupted with the help of neighboring provinces and armed forces.

He expressed gratitude toward the oil minister, deputies and other officials for their efforts.

Speaking in a live televised interview, Motamedian noted that some of the victims of the attacks were innocent women and children killed in the "Zionist regime’s brutal assaults." He said 12 locations in Tehran province were targeted in the early hours of Tuesday, most of them residential areas.

The Governor general said security measures implemented by police, military forces, the Sarallah Headquarters, and Basij checkpoints across the province have ensured stability. "We have established lasting security throughout the province and face no issues in this regard," he added.

Despite the attacks on fuel depots, Motamedian emphasized that fuel supply in the province remains uninterrupted, thanks to coordination with neighboring regions and the armed forces. He again thanked the oil minister and other officials for their role in maintaining fuel distribution.
