So far, 24 operational teams – including 20 four-member units from the company’s subsidiaries and four additional regional support teams – have been dispatched to the site. Additionally, 28 fire trucks from local refineries and four specialized ladder fire trucks from the Special Economic Zone are being used to contain the blaze.

All firefighting equipment remains fully engaged, and four ambulances are on standby for emergency medical services. Two foam pumps with capacities of 10,000 and 15,000 liters per minute, along with four 20,000-liter water tankers, have also been deployed to the area.

To date, 3,000 N95 masks have been distributed, and medical teams from local refineries are providing full support to the injured. All operational needs are being rapidly addressed under the incident commander’s directives.

The NIORDC stated that it has deployed all available technical and logistical resources to fully manage the incident and is closely coordinating with on-site authorities. HSE managers and regional refinery CEOs have been present since the early hours of the incident, overseeing operations.
