Peyman Khazraei stated that the previous record of 874 million cubic meters per day was surpassed due to optimized network arrangements. On Monday, the gas transmission volume hit 876 million cubic meters in 24 hours.
Khazraei attributed this achievement to the round-the-clock efforts of employees and precise planning, which have enabled the gas transmission fleet to operate at peak efficiency.
He noted that this marks the sixth time Iran has broken its gas transmission record. Key factors contributing to this success include the optimal use of equipment, bold decision-making, effective winter preparations, strategic management of gas pressure boosting facilities, and intelligent arrangements in high-pressure pipeline transmission.
Khazraei added that on the same day last year, the gas transmission volume was 839 million cubic meters.
