Iran Is Ready for Effective Interactions with World Powers

SHANA (Tehran) – Masoud Pezeshkian says to create a better world, Iran is ready, from an equal position, to establish effective relations with the world powers and its neighboring countries.

Addressing the 79th session of the General Assembly of the United Nations in New York on Tuesday, Iranian President further said imposing sanctions is not the right response to this message but it is implementing previous commitments on removing sanctions which will lay the groundwork for improving Iranian people’s economic situation and further agreements.

“I have won the presidential election in Iran by offering a plan which was focused on conducting reforms, national unity, constructive interactions with the world and economic development”, Iranian president said.

Elsewhere he said: “I plan to lay a solid foundation for my country’s entry into the new era amid playing a constructive and effective role in the emerging world order, removing the hurdles and challenges and organizing my country’s relations with the world based on today’s requirements and realities.

in another event in New York on Monday, Iranian president met with more than 40 America media outlets said that Iran not only seeks constructive and equal relations with all countries but tries to replace war and bloodshed with peace and security.

“We are seeking to expand interactions and develop relations with all the countries based on mutual respect which is the cornerstone of my foreign policy approach”, the Iranian president said adding “We have given priority to boosting interactions with our neighbors and building relations based on friendship and participation to deter regional insecurity amid creating frameworks for respecting boundaries and security.”

The President further said: “We strive to replace war and bloodshed with peace and security and to create a world where humans live alongside each other based on justice, peace, welfare, and security, rather than killing each other.”
