Promoting the developmental and operational capabilities of the company, directing and supervising the performance of the NISOC’s subsidiaries, implementing prioritized, semi-finished, and production maintenance projects to compensate for falling oil production capacity, implementing enhanced recovery and gas injection projects for reservoir conservation, timely implementation of renovation and optimal maintenance plans for fixed and rotating equipment, attracting committed, qualified, and talented personnel, and deploying competent, specialist and corruption-fighting managers are among the main tasks the NIOC’s CEO has assigned the new CEO of the NISOC to fulfill.
