Holding a master’s degree, Saeed Khoshrou has studied economics in Tehran University and Isfahan University. The oil industry veteran, has also served as the NIOC International Affairs Department's manager for five years from 2016 to 2021 and a member of NIOC’s board of directors from 2019 to 2022.
