RIPI, NIOC Exploration Directorate Sign Accord
TEHRAN, May 5 (Shana) -- The Research Institute of Petroleum Industry (RIPI) and National Iranian Oil Company’s (NIOC) Exploration Directorate have signed a cooperation contract on the sidelines of the 21st Tehran Oil Show.
The Head of the NIOC’s Exploration Directorate Saleh Hendi and Head of the RIPI Hamid-Reza Katuzian were signatories to the contract.
The agreement envisions cooperation in in R&D, technical and scientific exchanges.
Hendi told reporters that the aim of the agreement is using sophisticated technologies, expanding methods and procedures and upgrading science.
Managing Director of the National Iranian Oil Company Roknodin Javadi and Managing Director of Pars Oil and Gas Company ALI-Akbar Shabanpoor were also present in the signing ceremony.
