85% of diesel supplied to Tehran power plants meets Euro 4 Standard
SHANA (Tehran) – The supply and distribution manager of the National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company said 85% of the diesel fuel delivered to power plants in Tehran province now meets the Euro 4 standard, an 8% increase from the same period last year.

Governor-general: No mazut is being burned in Tehran
SHANA (Tehran) – Tehran Governor General Mohammadsadeq Motamedian said no mazut is being used as fuel anywhere in the province, emphasizing that the capital has about 4.2 million active motorcycles, more than 70 percent of which are over 20 years old and mostly worn out and polluting.
