According to the company, recent posts circulating online using the term “white fuel cards” are baseless. It issued the following clarifications:
1. The existence of any card labeled as a “white fuel card” is technically impossible within the country’s smart fuel system. The process of requesting and issuing a fuel card is precise and interagency, and each card is issued based on the vehicle’s unique identification number (VIN) and is assigned exclusively to that vehicle.
2. Data from the smart fuel system show that 31 million active fuel cards are in use nationwide: 22 million for passenger cars, 6 million for motorcycles, and 3 million for government and public vehicles. Police traffic authorities report that the total number of vehicles in the country is about 40 million.
3. The company said it is prepared to provide all necessary information to relevant authorities for verification and reserves the right to pursue legal action against those who spread rumors or cause public concern.
