President calls on oil companies to submit plans for boosting production, exports

SHANA (Tehran) - During a visit to Iran Oil Show 2025, President Masoud Pezeshkian asked companies participating in the event to submit their proposals for increasing production and exports for review by the Oil Ministry and the government.  

Pezeshkian toured the exhibition Thursday, visiting Hall 38B to review the latest activities, achievements, and concerns of participating firms.  

He urged companies to contribute to the country’s foreign currency earnings through efficiency and productivity. The president also called on company executives to present their plans and proposals for boosting production and exports for government evaluation.  

Additionally, Pezeshkian emphasized the importance of companies fulfilling their social responsibilities, particularly in developing educational facilities and equipping schools.  

The Iran International Oil, Gas, Refining, and Petrochemical Exhibition also known as Iran Oil Show 2025 opened Thursday and will run through Sunday at the Tehran Permanent International Fairgrounds.
