Hamid Khedri emphasized that "investment in production," as the year’s motto, should guide the complex’s operations. He stated that to prepare Refinery 9 for stable production and enhanced product quality, the major maintenance work began on April 7, focusing on Phase A (the first and second gas trains), and will last 13 days.
He added that, in coordination with the National Iranian Gas Company, the operation includes over 674 planned repair tasks. The team aims to carry out the maintenance with full focus and innovative approaches to ensure high-quality execution.
Khedri highlighted key tasks during this period, including cleaning and inspecting 10 towers, examining 21 heat exchangers, inspecting seven tanks, servicing 180 control, hand, and KV valves, performing 250 preventive maintenance tasks in electrical and instrumentation systems, and executing three material rehabilitation (MR) projects.
Around 300 specialized personnel are directly involved in the maintenance work. Safety training was conducted before the operation to ensure strict compliance with safety protocols.
