He praised the managers and employees of the complex for their achievements in the previous year, calling them a source of pride for the National Iranian Gas Company. He noted that their commitment to fulfilling all obligations made them key players in overcoming a harsh winter, bringing honor to the country.
Joulaei highlighted the efforts of other gas refineries during last year’s exceptional winter, stressing that unity, coordination, and synergy among all employees were crucial to successfully navigating the cold season. He added that this year, leveraging valuable past experiences, the focus will be on stable and continuous production, aligning with the year’s motto: "Investment for Production."
The director reiterated that 1404 must begin with the best planning and notable actions, ensuring full readiness for the upcoming summer. Given the start of the major overhaul season, he emphasized the need to secure gas supply for the country’s power plants.
Joulaei announced that the South Pars Gas Complex’s overhaul operations began on April 7 at the ninth refinery and are scheduled to conclude by October across all refineries. "In overhaul operations, every single day is critical and decisive," he said.
He stressed that strict and systematic oversight of overhauls must remain a top priority, with full focus on executing maintenance plans. "It is essential to note that any deviation from the schedule is unacceptable," he added.
Regarding operational systems, Joulaei emphasized the need for a thorough review of human resources, operations, and process systems, calling for well-planned improvements.
