He announced that meetings with subsidiary companies would be held to stay informed about project progress and make decisions on critical operational matters, particularly those related to the development and production of oil and gas fields.
Expressing gratitude for the round-the-clock efforts of Pars Oil and Gas Company employees in achieving new records in continuous gas production and addressing the gas imbalance, Bovard noted that despite its relatively young age, the company benefits from a skilled workforce.
He stressed the need to continue advancing agility and enhancing the knowledge level of human resources to fulfill responsibilities effectively.
The deputy oil minister referred to the enhancement of human resources and the cultivation of expertise as the cornerstone of the oil industry's development.
