Mohammad-Ali Dadvar stated on Sunday during a televised program that the Persian Gulf Star Refinery is one of the most significant achievements in the oil industry following the Islamic Revolution.
He noted that initially, most components for the refinery's construction were planned to be sourced from foreign countries. However, the project's execution, including major units such as CCR and isomerization, was ultimately carried out by capable domestic companies.
Dadvar added that the refinery currently produces an average of 42 million liters of gasoline per day, a figure that will increase to 45 million liters daily by April 21.
Highlighting the increase in gasoline production since the beginning of the 14th administration, he said the average daily production at the start of the administration was 97 million liters, which has now risen to 110 million liters.
