He stated that the strength and stability of society depend on the prosperity of producers, industrialists, and traders.
Pezeshkian made these remarks on Monday, during a joint meeting of leaders and officials from the three branches of government, hosted by the presidency.
He said, "We must serve all those who live in this country. We must provide a fair environment for engagement, treat them with justice and equity, and avoid discrimination. If we deal with people based on their merits and capabilities, they will not distance themselves from us."
Referring to the year's slogan focusing on production and public participation, the president added, "Producers and exporters must believe that we are here to facilitate their activities, not to create problems or obstacles. We are here to solve their issues. The prosperity of producers, industrialists, and traders is a key indicator of social stability and cohesion."
Pezeshkian also highlighted the government's foreign policy, which prioritizes expanding relations with all countries, particularly neighbors and regional allies.
He stressed, "In our foreign interactions, we are working to strengthen relationships based on mutual trust. We believe we are brothers with Islamic nations. Islam came to eliminate discrimination, and it is our duty to foster equality and brotherhood."
During the meeting, Hamid Pourmohammadi, head of the Plan and Budget Organization, representing the executive branch, reported significant growth in several economic indicators since the start of the 14th administration.
He stated that the government has a structured plan to address imbalances in the country by increasing production and reducing consumption.
