During the meeting, he held talks with the Council of Deputies, comprising existing deputies of the ministry who provided reports about their performances over the past years in office.

As part of the discussion, Petroleum Minister Mohsen Paknejad said that he has no plans to solve the gasoline imbalance by interfering in prices but intends to deploy non-price solutions to the problem whose implementation goes beyond the Petroleum Ministry authorities and needs cooperation with other ministries and governmental organizations.

In a sign of respect, upon his arrival at the Petroleum Ministry as the petroleum minister of the 14th administration, Mohsen Paknejad, attended the tombs of three unknown martyrs, buried in the Central Building of the ministry, to pay respect and recited Fatiha.
