National Conference on Diplomacy, Cross-border Environmental Challenges to be held

TEHRAN (Shana) -- The Center for Political and International Studies of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in cooperation with a number of executive and specialized agencies, including the Ministry of Petroleum, is organizing the first national conference on diplomacy and cross-border environmental challenges.

According to the climate change working group of the Ministry of Petroleum, the Center for Political and International Studies of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in cooperation with a number of executive and specialized agencies, including the Ministry of Petroleum, has planned to organize the first national conference on diplomacy and transboundary environmental challenges on January 10.

This event with be held the participation of officials, experts, researchers, professors and students of government agencies and various scientific, research and university centers from across the country in four key topics including "Diplomacy and Climate Change", "Diplomacy and Dust Storms" ", "Diplomacy and Border Rivers" and "Diplomacy and Sea Pollution."

Through four specialized meetings, the conference will examine and analyze the strategies for the development of the environmental diplomacy of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
