Addressing the government cabinet on Wednesday, Dr. Rouhani said that progress was seen in the industrial sector meaning that the country had adopted the right path.

He said Iran had never initiated cuts in relations, adding, “Those who have cut relations shall step forward because we are interested in having good relations with all the regional nations and neighbors.”

“Today we are glad that banking relations with some countries have been materialized without using SWIFT,” he said.
