Given the need for proper gasoline consumption management, the use of a personal smart fuel card when visiting stations and refueling (at both subsidized and non-subsidized rates) is essential.

Fuel cards available at stations are intended only for emergency situations. Therefore, to facilitate service, prevent queues and save time, all citizens are requested to carry their personal fuel cards.

Citizens who do not have a personal smart fuel card for any reason may apply through one of the following methods:

Visit Police +10 service offices.

Submit an online request for a fuel card and select in-person pickup at: www.fcs.niopdc.ir

Owners of imported vehicles may also obtain a personal smart fuel card at the third pricing tier.

Accordingly, all owners of imported vehicles are invited to apply by visiting Police +10 offices or the online fuel card system and selecting in-person pickup at the above address.”
