Figures released by the National Iranian Gas Co. showed that consumption by the three sectors accounted for 59% of total gas supplied to the network that day.

The company said adherence to consumption patterns and the use of standard heating equipment play a decisive role in maintaining the stability of the gas supply network and preventing additional strain during peak demand periods.

The National Iranian Gas Co. emphasized that demand management in the household and commercial sectors is critical to ensuring network stability and meeting the needs of other sectors. It urged consumers to follow efficiency guidelines and conserve gas to help sustain reliable nationwide supply.
