    First-of-its-kind compressor set for Dehaq gas boost station

    SHANA (Tehran) – The head of the Iranian Gas Engineering and Development Company announced significant progress on the construction, installation and commissioning of the sixth unit at the Dehaq 2 and 3 gas pressure-boosting facilities in central province of Isfahan, saying the station will become the first in Iran to use an E-design compressor capable of transferring 40 million cubic meters of gas per day.

    SHANA (Tehran) — The gas storage capacity at the Sarajeh field will increase to 1.5 billion cubic meters (bcm) per year, with daily extraction rising to 15 million cubic meters, upon completion of its second development phase. This expansion will strengthen Iran’s gas network resilience during peak winter demand.
