    SHANA (Tehran) – The Eighth Refinery of South Pars Gas Field (SPGF) phases 20-21 located 270km off southeastern Bushehr, a port city is southern Iran, is developed by Pars Oil and Gas Company (POGC). The main contractor of the refinery project is a consortium consisting of Oil Industries Engineering and Construction Company (OIEC) Iranian Offshore Engineering and Construction Company (IOEC).
