TEHRAN (Shana) -- The CEO of Pars Oil and Gas Company (PGOC) announced that the flare of the Bilal gas field was lit as gas has reached the appraisal well of the offshore field.
TEHRAN (Shana) – The National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) is to sign a $440m contract with a domestic company to develop Bilal Gas Field in the Persian Gulf.
