According to statistics covering October 25–31, residential, commercial, and small industries topped gas consumption with about 1.844 billion cubic meters, followed by power plants with 1.717 billion cubic meters, and major industries with 1.210 billion cubic meters. In total, these three sectors consumed roughly 4.77 billion cubic meters of natural gas during the week.
On Saturday, Oct. 25, power plants consumed 245.73 million cubic meters, major industries 174.14 million, and households, commercial users and small industries 253.29 million cubic meters, bringing total daily use to 673.16 million cubic meters.
On Sunday, the figures were 253.36 million for power plants, 172.25 million for major industries, and 265.53 million for the household and commercial sector, totaling 691.14 million cubic meters.
On Monday, consumption stood at 251.08 million for power plants, 170.89 million for major industries, and 254.02 million for the household and commercial sector, with a total of 675.99 million cubic meters.
On Tuesday, power plants used 251.73 million cubic meters, major industries 168.63 million, and households and businesses 271.27 million, totaling 691.63 million cubic meters.
On Wednesday, consumption reached 248.85 million for power plants, 174.12 million for major industries, and 262.09 million for the household and commercial sector, totaling 685.06 million cubic meters.
On Thursday, the totals were 242.27 million for power plants, 173.84 million for major industries, and 264.53 million for households and businesses, adding up to 680.64 million cubic meters.
On Friday, power plants consumed 223.66 million cubic meters, major industries 176.05 million, and the household and commercial sector 273.17 million, with total consumption reaching 672.88 million cubic meters.
The average daily consumption during the week ending Oct. 31 was more than 245 million cubic meters for power plants, 173 million for major industries, and over 263 million for households, commercial users and small industries.
Overall, the data point to a gradual decline in power plant consumption and a notable rise in household and commercial use, reflecting the seasonal impact of cooler temperatures across the country.
