IranPlast exhibition opens Monday, featuring over 760 companies

SHANA (Tehran) - The 19th IranPlast International Exhibition opens tomorrow, Monday, Sept. 8, at the Tehran Permanent International Fairgrounds. The four-day event will feature more than 700 domestic and 67 foreign companies.

A sum of 49 international companies are scheduled to participate directly from China and India, while the remaining 18 are representatives from China, India, South Korea, Taiwan, Germany, Austria, Italy, and Turkey.
Halls 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 27 are dedicated to raw materials; halls 38, 38A, and 38B to machinery and equipment; and halls 18, 31, 35, 40, 41, and 44 to finished and semi-finished goods. The finished and semi-finished goods section has the largest share of participation at the exhibition, followed by raw materials, machinery and equipment, and finally technical, financial, and engineering services. In total, exhibitors are occupying 33,600 square meters of useful space.
Additionally, some 200 people in trade delegations from 18 countries – Russia, China, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Libya, South Africa, Iraq, Afghanistan, the Kurdistan Region, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Georgia, Armenia, Pakistan, Ghana, Oman, Tunisia, and Tajikistan – will visit the exhibition and hold B2B meetings with Iranian business representatives.
In cooperation with related associations and organizations, three sections in halls 5, 18, and 38 have been allocated for workshops and specialized meetings. A total of 34 workshops and meetings will be held during the four-day exhibition.
Diverse lists of grades and products from petrochemical companies and domestically produced machinery will be presented as innovative products at the 19th IranPlast exhibition. A highlight of this year's exhibition is a platform for interaction between participants and bilateral dialogue on company pages, facilitating the coordination of business exchanges and meeting scheduling during the exhibition and throughout the year.
