President meets with ministers to streamline public services

SHANA (Tehran) – President Masoud Pezeshkian met separately with the ministers of industry, mining and trade; oil; and agriculture on Monday to discuss ensuring the continuity and efficiency of public service delivery.

According to the official presidential website, Pezeshkian emphasized the need for detailed planning to maintain effective public services across all sectors.

The president stressed the need to maintain public stability, ensure uninterrupted infrastructure services, and meet essential public needs, offering recommendations to the ministers.

After receiving reports on fuel reserves, energy distribution, and refinery operations, Pezeshkian highlighted the importance of strengthening energy production and distribution chains while ensuring reliable fuel supply for citizens and operational forces nationwide.

He also called for expediting the clearance of essential goods, enhancing market monitoring systems, combating profiteering and supply chain disruptions, and supporting domestic production during wartime.

Other priorities included ensuring stable food supplies, supporting agricultural supply chains, and accelerating imports of livestock inputs and strategic seeds.

Pezeshkian reiterated that public service now exemplifies perseverance, directing all officials to work with accountability and sincerity to thwart the enemy’s attempts to undermine public morale in the economic conflict.
