Behzad Salari highlighted key achievements at the refinery, stating that this level of production has played a crucial role in boosting the country’s economy.
He noted that over the past year, round-the-clock efforts by staff and experts led to the production of more than 22 billion cubic meters of dry gas at the fourth refinery. Of this amount, nearly 8 billion cubic meters were sent to the Fajr Jam refinery, while 14 billion cubic meters were delivered to South Pars refineries at Site 2.
Salari also pointed to the production of other refinery outputs, adding that more than 500,000 tons of propane and 330,000 tons of butane were produced in 1403, significantly contributing to the national economy.
Additionally, he reported the delivery of over 1.5 billion standard cubic meters of ethane to the Bushehr Petrochemical Complex during the same period.
Salari emphasized that refinery personnel and experts across all sectors are prepared to increase gas production. With high-quality maintenance and corrective measures in 1404 (2025-26), production can be further expanded without issue.
