During a visit by members of the Special Commission for Supporting Production and Implementing Article 44 of the Constitution to phases 9 and 10 of South Pars, Kambiz Sefati stated that, under current conditions, the people of the nation have high hopes for the South Pars employees.
He emphasized that all employees are at the forefront of the economic front, responsible for achieving the nation’s lofty goals, and that implementing key plans in South Pars is a significant step toward the country’s prosperity.
Sefati noted that since the beginning of the year, the employees and experts of the Fifth Refinery have relied on the expertise of domestic manufacturers and new technology-based firms (NTBFs) to utilize over 384 domestically produced strategic equipment in the maintenance of various refinery units. As a result, more than 52 million cubic meters of gas are processed daily at the refinery.
The manager of the South Pars Fifth Refinery highlighted that during current Iranian year, despite peak gas consumption and declining temperatures, the South Pars Gas Complex set a new record for gas production and delivery to the national grid.
He added that gas production at the complex has now reached 595 to 600 million cubic meters per day, enabling the supply of gas to various sectors, including households, commercial enterprises, power plants, and industries. This achievement reflects the strong determination and commitment of the employees at this major gas facility.
