Hossein Afshin stated that the Vice Presidency for Science, Technology, and Knowledge-Based Economy has been entrusted with a significant responsibility, which cannot be fulfilled without the collaboration and commitment of the council’s members.

He emphasized that the formation of the Strategic Council for Technologies and Technology-Based Products is one of the most important aspects of implementing the law on boosting technology-based production, which is crucial for guiding the future governance of the country.

Afshin added, “I appreciate the Ministry of Oil’s efforts to support technology-based products and its active participation in the fifth meeting of the Strategic Council for Technologies and Technology-Based Products.”

The VP expressed hope that constructive collaboration among institutions would further pave the way for the development of a tech-based economy.
