Hassan Mousavi stated that on Thursday, 867 mcm of refined gas were injected into the national grid, of which 650 mcm were used by the residential, commercial, and small-scale industrial sectors.

He emphasized that 75% of the total gas delivered to the network was allocated to these sectors.

Following a drop in temperatures and forecasts of further cooling, President Masoud Pezeshkian, Oil Minister Mohsen Paknejad, and several other officials urged the public to participate in the "2 Degrees Less" campaign. Through video and written messages, they called for optimal energy use and cooperation in ensuring winter fuel supply.
