Hassan Abbaszadeh, speaking at a meeting of the Kangan County Development and Planning Council on Thursday, stated that efforts are underway to review guidelines for hiring local residents in petrochemical companies.

He emphasized that the approval of a social responsibility framework by the government would be instrumental in this process.

Abbaszadeh noted that such guidelines would assist petrochemical companies in their efforts to reduce deprivation in the region.
