According to Shana, Mohsen Paknejad issued a message on the occasion of  "The World Standards Day in the age of artificial intelligence. The text of his message is as follows:

"Mehr 23 (October 14), the World Standards Day, is an opportunity to reaffirm the importance of standardization and its role in the development and sustainability of industries. This year’s slogan, ‘A Shared Vision for a Better World, Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure in the Era of Artificial Intelligence,’ calls for global cooperation in strengthening infrastructures and industrial innovations. Global and regional developments, particularly in West Asia, have highlighted the importance of up-to-date knowledge and resilience in the face of challenges. Technologies such as artificial intelligence play a crucial role in sustainable development and addressing complex issues, and strong and comprehensive standards provide a suitable foundation for the optimal use of these technologies.

The Ministry of Petroleum proudly announces that through continuous efforts and commitment to adhering to standards, it has achieved the title of ‘Top Ministry in Standardization’ at the national level.

This success is the result of particular attention to international standards, the use of innovations, and the formation of specialized committees in the field of digital transformation and artificial intelligence. The Ministry of Petroleum, much like the difficult times of the Imposed War when the wheels of the oil industry never stopped, is now seeking to overcome current challenges by strictly adhering to standards and utilizing new technologies, particularly artificial intelligence.
