Owji: Resistance front’s actions deter energy exports to occupied territories; Zionist regime’s economic collapse imminent

SHANA (Tehran) – Iran’s oil minister said on Friday the resistance front’s actions in vital crossings have deterred energy exports to the occupied Palestinian territories.

Javad Owji, who made the remarks in an exclusive interview with TV channel Ofogh on the sidelines of the International Quds Day rally in Tehran, added the evacuation of over 250,000 Israeli settlers from southern occupied Palestine has put the Zionist regime under great economic pressure.

Given the rising oil prices and decreased oil exports to the usurper regime, its economy is collapsing, he pointed out.

The Zionist regime’s crimes in Gaza break the heart of every freedom-loving man, said the oil minister, adding the massive Quds Day rallies in Iran showed that the Palestinian people are not alone.

Considering the recent crimes committed by the Zionist regime, it seems the regime will go out of existence sooner than 25 years the Leader had predicted, he concluded.

Millions of people across the world rally on the International Quds Day on the last Friday of the fasting month of Ramadan to express their solidarity with Palestinians and condemn Israeli atrocities.
