The DHT Unit’s current production capacity is 16 million liters of Euro 5 diesel a day. The unit’s operation helps prevent the emission of 300 tons of sulfur per day and enhances Isfahan Refinery’s gas oil competitiveness in international markets.  

In addition to the launching of the DHT Unit, the executive operations of Isfahan Refinery’s gasoline and propylene production project as well as petrochemical units will start today.

The gasoline production unit will produce over 8 million liters of gasoline per day when it becomes operational. Gas oil and liquefied gas will be also produced in this unit.

The refinery’s petrochemical units will produce polyether, polyurethane, methyl tertiary-butyl ether (MTBE), bunker fuel, gasoline, and diesel.
