MP calls zeroing Iran’s floating condensate stocks ‘great achievement’

SHANA (Tehran) – A member of Iran’s Parliament on Tuesday praised the Oil Ministry for reducing gas condensate inventory to zero, describing it as a “great and stunning achievement”.

Talking to SHANA, Mohammad-Reza Mirtajeddini referred to a statement 220 lawmakers recently signed and read out in the Parliament to appreciate the Oil Ministry’s valuable functions over the past two years.

Multiplying oil sales, boosting relations with neighbors in the energy sector, promoting energy diplomacy, and developing phases of the South Pars field are among the important measures the Oil Ministry of the 13th (incumbent) administration has carried out, he pointed out.

The member of the Parliament’s Planning and Budget Committee added the ministry has also signed good agreements with domestic companies, including knowledge-based firms, and foreign countries, including neighboring states, which will shape a bright future for the country’s oil and gas industry.
