Abdolali Rahimi Mozaffari, a member of the Parliament’s Energy Committee, talking to SHANA pointed to the ministry’s measures over the past two years and added, “Once the ministry’s conditions were “worrying” and it was even difficult to pay for leasing vessels for storing condensates offshore and the country was faced with various problems regrading oil exports.
“But the oil minister and his colleagues have boosted oil exports and recorded great achievements by activating energy diplomacy.”
Exporting crude oil and gas condensates within the framework of 2022 budget law, inaugurating the second phase of Abadan Refinery-Integrated Petrochemical Plant and reducing gas flaring according to policies introduced by Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, supplying gas needed in the country last winter sustainably, supplying gasoline in the previous year and high seasons, inaugurating South Pars Phase 14, launching NGL plants, and transporting and installing the platform of South Pars Phase 11 are just part of positive measures carried out by the Oil Ministry of the 13th (incumbent) administration, the MP concluded.
