In line with the series of actions of the Iranian Gas Engineering and Development Company in utilizing the country's industrial capacities, the item was built to implement the project of generating electricity from the gas exhausted from the turbines of pressure boosting facilities.

According to the Iranian Gas Engineering and Development Company, the CEO of the company visited the workshop of MAPNA Group, where he learned about the experiences and records of the industrial group.

During the visit, the group’s executives voiced their readiness to participate in the project of generating electricity from turbine gas outlet of pressure boosting facilities by launching new generation of turbo-compressors.

In the gas storage project of Shourijeh, for the first time, a turbo-compressor with an output pressure of 330 bar is used, which is beyond the new generation of 1300 PSI compressors and will provide a pressure of 5000 PSI.
